| This native cultivar evergreen groundcover has a hardy, woody root system perfect for securing steep banks. Not only does Massachusetts retain leaves during winter but they change to a bronze-maroon (almost purple) color. Spreads in size up to 5ft wide and just 12-18" tall for a wonderful low-growing ground cover.
