Description: Jersey is a late-season classic that extends your blueberry harvest well into late summer, producing abundant clusters of medium-sized berries with a pleasant, slightly tart flavor. As one of the hardiest highbush varieties available, Jersey is an especially smart choice for gardeners at higher elevations around Franklin and Highlands who want a variety that shrugs off cold winters without complaint. Its bold fall foliage, ranging from orange to deep red, makes it a four-season garden asset. Self-fertile; however, they will produce a higher yield when planted with another North Highbush variety that blooms at the same time. Blooms mid to late spring.
