Blueray Northern Highbush Blueberry
Vaccinium corymbosum 'Blueray'

Blue ray is widely considered one of the best-tasting northern highbush blueberries ever developed, producing large, aromatic berries with a rich, balanced sweetness that has kept it popular for decades. It's a mid-season variety that performs beautifully at WNC's higher elevations, where the cooler nights intensify its already exceptional flavor. If flavor is your top priority, Blueray belongs in your garden. Self-fertile; however, they will produce a considerably higher yield when planted with another North Highbush variety that blooms at the same time. Blooms mid spring.
