Tifblue Rabbiteye Blueberry
Vaccinium ashei 'Tifblue'

Tifblue is the benchmark rabbiteye blueberry, the variety everything else is compared to, and it continues to earn that reputation with consistent, reliable yields of flavorful mid-season berries. It is exceptionally vigorous and long-lived, with established plants in WNC gardens that have been producing for decades. If you're planting a rabbiteye patch for the long haul, Tifblue is the backbone variety to build around. Plant with another rabbiteye variety that blooms at the same time to ensure berries. Blooms early spring.
